Return/Exchange Policy

At 'The Tailored Weddings', we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 3-day Return and Exchange Policy under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Time Frame: You must initiate a return or exchange request within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • One-Time Exchange or Return: We allow only one-time return or exchange per order.
  • Valid Reason Required: A legitimate reason must be provided for the return or exchange request. Please check for the appropriate reason here!
  • Unedited Unboxing Video Mandatory: To process any return or exchange claim, an unedited unboxing video must be submitted as proof.
  • Condition of Product: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and tags should be intact in the same condition as received.

General Conditions:

PLEASE NOTE THAT UNEDITED UNBOXING VIDEO IS MUST TO CLAIM ANY KIND RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Special Sale or discounted orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • After 3 days of delivery, no returns or exchanges will be processed.
  • A valid reason must be provided for the return or exchange. Please check for the valid reasons here!
  • For all the Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, additional standard shipping charges may be applied.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at support@thetailoredweddings.com (with subject “Return/Exchange my order”) or WhatsApp us here with your order ID, within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide a valid reason along with an unedited unboxing video as proof.
  3. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
  4. Once approved, you will be required to pay a nominal fee of Rs 200 for shipping and handling. (NOTE : Shipping and handling fee is applicable only for product exchanges. In the event of a return due to damage, all associated costs will be covered by us.)
  5. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your exchange or refund.

Cancellation Process

  • To cancel your order, please email us support@thetailoredweddings.com (with a subject “cancel my order”) or you can WhatsApp us here with your Order ID, within 6 hours of placing the order. Once it's shipped you cannot cancel the order.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items that have been used, damaged (not due to transit), or are not in their original packaging.
  • Products without an unboxing video.
  • Any item returned without prior approval from our support team.
